Client Brief & Consultation

Our first meeting is dedicated to understanding your vision. How your team operates, how you want them to feel, and the impression you want your brand to make.

We draw inspiration from your interiors, atmosphere, climate and people. With your business at the centre of the design process, we translate these influences into an initial concept that reflects both identity and function.

Alongside the visual direction and aesthetic, we assess the structure of your team identifying departments and roles requiring uniform allocation. As development progresses, concepts are refined to ensure the final outcome feels cohesive and purposeful.

Design Development

Each concept is presented with carefully curated design options, offering a considered range of styles, colours, fabrics and silhouettes.

With founder Diana Christie’s background in fabric development, material selection is approached with technical precision balancing durability, comfort and aesthetic alignment.

This is a collaborative stage. We refine the designs together, exploring innovative solutions that meet both creative ambition and operational practicality.

Samples & Wearer Trials

Fabric testing and wearer trials are a vital part of the development process.

We create a physical sample of garments and fabrics selected and test them within their working environment. This ensures informed feedback on comfort, movement and performance which allows us to refine details before full production.

Ethical Manufacturing

All garments are designed and manufactured in London to high ethical and quality standards. Wherever possible, we prioritise natural fabrics sourced locally from the UK and blends primarily from Europe.

Each order undergoes quality control checks before approval. Once complete, uniforms are carefully packed and delivered to your premises, individually labelled for seamless distribution to each member of staff.

Uniform Launch & Delivery

On launch day, a Dresscode manager is available on-site to support the rollout, ensuring a smooth and confident introduction of the new uniform programme.

Staff can try the garments on and make sure all garments fit comfortably.
