What industries and sectors do you supply uniform for?
Dresscode Uniforms designs and manufactures garments for a range of luxury hospitality and corporate clients. Our team portfolio consists of front of house, reception, security and back of house as well as hospitality and fine dining.
Do you work with organisations outside London?
Yes, we have clients outside the city as well as experience in executing national uniform rollouts.
What scales does your business operate on?
We work with multi-site clients, boutique clients and also offer special rollouts for nation-wide clients.
What kind of garments do you offer?
We predominantly supply fully bespoke uniforms, as well as semi-bespoke and "off-the-shelf" items that don’t require amendments.

Bespoke Uniform & Branding
What is bespoke uniform?
Bespoke uniforms are designed and manufactured fully based on the client’s unique requirements, within a fully collaborative process.
Our designer talks you through the different uniform options, and will develop a concept based on your preferences on style, fabric and detailing.
The uniform is then manufactured based on each employee's individual measurements.
Can you add a company logo?
Yes. We supply many of our clients with branded uniform, for items such as polos, gilets and soft shells. We mainly use embroidery, as it's reliable and helps the logo stand out.
Please note we do not offer embroidery-only services.
Can you match brand colours?
Yes. A large part of our bespoke design process for uniform is incorporating client's preferences and considering the whole picture, including colour-matching, coordinating with brand colours and also the environment in-situ.
Are employees able to choose different garments?
Yes, if the client has chosen a "capsule wardrobe" option for their staff uniform. This way, employees are able to choose what items they prefer from the assigned range.
We encourage this as it gives each individual staff member a chance to personalise their uniform and wear what they're most comfortable in.
Sizing & Fit Management
Do you offer on-site fittings?
Yes. We visit clients on-site with the appropriate size samples for staff to try, noting any amendments required and tailoring the uniform where possible for each individual employee.
If an in-person fitting isn’t possible, we also offer virtual fittings.
Can you accommodate all sizes?
Yes. With fully bespoke uniform, all garments are made-to-measure for each member of staff.
How do you support new starters after rollout?
If a new starter needs a uniform fitted, we can visit on-site and conduct a fitting as normal.
What happens if an employee needs a replacement uniform?
If an existing employee wants a new uniform, or amendments to their current uniform, we can visit on-site for another fitting and will have their latest notes on record to work from.

Pricing & Ordering Process
How much does bespoke uniform cost?
As we offer a range of services, this means the price naturally differs too. Prices for bespoke items are entirely dependent on several factors, all of which will be discussed with our designer in the initial meetings, including choice of fabric, style and detailing.
We estimate a full uniform set consisting of (for example) 2 jackets, 5 tops and 2-3 trousers is between £1,000 and £1,500 per staff member.
Are you able to work within a specific budget?
Yes. We try our best to work within the budget of the client, and manage uniform allocation on larger rollouts to ensure the prices are accounted for.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes. For new clients, our minimum order quantity is 15 staff members.
There is no minimum order quantity for existing clients and reordering.
What are your lead times?
Uniform production varies for different projects.
In larger projects for an initial rollout it can take around 4-5 months from first meeting to delivery.
For an individual employee from an existing project, we usually estimate 2-3 weeks from fitting date to delivery.
