8 Bishopsgate’s sophisticated design has been recognised as a true sustainability innovator. The building is the tallest in the UK to achieve a BREEAM “Outstanding” rating, as well as the tallest EPC A-rated building in the country.

Dresscode was delighted to collaborate with the dedicated team at 8 Bishopsgate to create a uniform collection that reflects the building’s architectural sophistication while introducing modern elements that mirror its distinctive design features.

The Brief

The brief was to develop a uniform that felt contemporary while remaining professional and refined. For the security team, we selected a sleek bomber jacket silhouette that reflects the forward-thinking ethos of the building. Crafted from a durable stretch cotton fabric, the design allows for ease of movement while maintaining a sharp, structured appearance throughout long shifts.

The Outcome

For the female front-of-house team, we designed a tailored belted jacket in the same stretch cotton fabric to maintain visual continuity with the security team. The result is a uniform that balances elegance with practicality, ensuring staff look polished while remaining comfortable throughout the working day.
